Oops. I was thinking Gen III for a moment there.

Doesn't matter much though. Low Base power of 55 means it won't be doing much.

Although it could be used over HP Ice/Fire on a SubSeed set....

My two cents. Somebody convince me so we can move onto the poll and the Non offensive move discussion (my favorite part).
