After some consideration, not to mention the fact that this is likely to be a flounder pokemon, I'm beginning to agree with Umbreon on the offense being leaned toward special. It's not like a flounder is going to slap you in the face. Anyhoo, I'm now thinking 85/60/140/100/68/87. However, what UltiMario said is still ringing in my ears, and as such, I don't want to yield any more Special Attack to it than that.tell it to milotic.
edit: I like the other spread, I just don't want CAP1 to be a wasted slot on a team against stall. dual base 80s isn't breaking anything, at least a base 110 can force a switch and allow the potential to outplay your opponent. If you're looking for a strict BO counter, both should get the job done fairly well.
edit2: keep it open for a good while, this is one of the deeper aspects of development.
