Im going to say that this means nothing...ubisoft and nintendo have always had a good relationship. It sucks that he isnt playable,but atleast he is in the game. I cant imagine a better fit from ubisoft aside rayman so this is probably just for show..nothing to see here folks, but that trophy does look awesome.

Ubisoft are literally holding back a finished Wii U game because the Wii U install base is not big enough in their eyes.

They also made Rayman Legends multiplatform for the same reason, and delayed it on Wii U to do that.

Ubisoft also are not going to make a ZombiU sequel for the same reason.

How is that a good relationship?

I really did not expect to see Rayman in the smash game in any form of his being. My main reason for saying this is because Ubisoft hasn't worked with Nintendo on smash or given them insentive in any way until just what we hear right now. I think another curious part of this is that Nintendo received a model ready from Ubisoft. Hm....

I just had a dream where the video confirms that we'll be playing as the son of Ridley and Mario as well as a Beach Peach with Dead or Alive bikini and all...

Maybe a Konami character to, most likely Simon Belmont or Bomberman.

One thing has nothing to do with the other. Rayman is a classic retro characters, Bayonetta and Layton aren't.

I would love to see Layton in the game, even as a trophy, but don't get your hopes up.

Wonder Red is my favorite retro character.
