Details below subject to change; tournament organizers will post notices below when anything is changed

Location:
Kirby Student Center, The Rafters
1120 Kirby Drive Duluth, MN 55812

PARKING and DIRECTIONS for the venue can be found at: http://www.d.umn.edu/maps/KSC/
Anybody is allowed to park in the MAROON or WHITE lots. You will be ticketed if you park in a GOLD lot.

Events:
Melee Singles
Project M Singles
Smash Wii U Singles

Doubles Tournaments for each game will happen if there are at least 8 entrants.

Fees:
The venue fee is $5 on the day of the event.
Entry fees for all Singles events will be $10 per person per event. Doubles will be $10 per team ($5 per person).

Setups:
Please bring setups (CRTs/HDTVs and systems)! If you want space for friendlies and a tournament that actually finishes on time, we recommend you bring whatever you have. You will be refunded $2 at the END of the tournament if you register a setup, check in no later than 12:00pm, and leave it for tournament use until no earlier than 8:00pm.

You will need to check out with the tournament organizer table to receive your discount.

A refund of $2 will be given if any of the following set-ups are brought:

1.) CRT with a Gamecube/Wii (Melee)
2.) CRT with a Wii (Project M)
3.) HDTV with WiiU and Gamecube adapter (Sm4sh)

Scheduling information:
Doors open at 11:00am

Signups and registration ends 30 minutes before their respective events. Late entries will NOT be taken.
Registration for Singles will end an hour and a half after the respective game's Doubles event has ended. No late registration will be permitted.

Event schedule:
12:30pm: Melee Singles
1:00pm: Wii U Singles
1:30pm: Project M Singles

Any Doubles events will begin 30 minutes BEFORE Singles

Singles pools will be done in waves; pool breakdowns will be posted on this Facebook page and made available at the event. Players are responsible for knowing their pool assignments.

We recommend arriving earlier rather than later. If you miss check-in, you're not entering. No exceptions.
There will be no announced meal breaks. Players are encouraged to let the TOs running their events know when they leave to get food.

Disqualification:
The tournament organizers will be making available matches known in a number of ways on the day of the tournament. If a good faith attempt to start a match isn’t made by a participant within fifteen minutes of the match being announced, that player will be disqualified at the discretion of a tournament organizer. There are a number of common-sense exceptions to this, including your participation in another concurrent match. If you will not be in the tournament space for an extended period of time for a reasonable purpose, speak to a tournament organizer.

Rule sets:
Bring your own controller for all events.
