Smash Ultimate ARcade Cabinet

Ok. I am building a bar top cabinet. I wish to pick your brains for a second. What type of Fight stick do I use? or should I use a fight stick at all? Maybe a Smash Box Config? I just ordered the cabinet from amazon. (pretty sweet btw check it out below.) When it gets here I will be picking a typical 32" led/lcd 720p tv monitor. ok check! I have plans for making it both a switch dock, run retro pi and Wii U(smash 4). Check! But now I am wondering what configuration I use for buttons. Thoughts?
