ok guys im hosting an online tournament

rules
1. stock 2
2. time 3 min
3. in the result of sudden death the match is a tie and a rematch is manditory
4. dragoon parts off
5. 1 character only

I'm gonna have to say no. Look at the stick for how to run a successful online tournament, and look at other tournaments. We at OTL like to preserve a standard.
