Hey all! This is RCC Super Smash Club's next tournament! This is a sequel to our first S@G and as a result, it's Attack of the Clones! We have an Attack of the Clones side event for $3 entry pinned below. You may qualifiy for some discount or waiver of the venue fee through the following methods:

-Bringing a carpool of three or more people

-Bringing a full setup that includes the Wii U, GC controller adapter, all unlocked stages and characters, including DLC characters and stages we have as legal, Miis of 0/0 and 25/0 size and a monitor.

-If you have a partial setup, it's possible to bring for a $1 discount but it's only if we use it. We highly recommend bringing the full setup.

PRICING

-$2 Venue Fee
-$3 Pot Fee per event

SCHEDULE
-5:30pm - Registration opens and friendlies begin
-~6:30 - Singles Begins
-8:30 - Attack of the Clones side event

RULES

-Bring your own controllers (All controllers are welcomed, though wireless controller must be properly disconnected or consequences will ensue)
-Each set will be best 2 out of 3, with the top 8 being best 3 out of 5.
-Each game will be 2 stocks with a 6 minute time limit. Any game reaching the time limit will be decided by who has the highest stock count remaining or the least damage if stocks are tied.
-In the event that the above conditions still result in a tie, a 1 stock, 3 minute game on the same stage will be played to break the tie.
-All suicide moves such as Bowsercide, Ganoncide, etc. will result in victory for the initiator of the move, regardless of sudden death or the results screen. In the event of a dispute, please save the replay and allow a TO to make the final judgement.
-Miis of any size and specials combination are allowed. It is highly suggested that you let us know in the pre-registration form what Mii sizes you'd like or the link to QR codes for your Miis in order to ensure they're in. This must otherwise be done during registration at the event.
-You may change your Miis specials at any time in the set, though it counts as a character switch and should adhere the rules listed below.
-Items are set to "off" and none"
-Amiibo and custom specials are not allowed.

STAGE AND CHARACTER RULES

-The following stagelist will be used for the event (subject to change):
Battlefield
Final Destination/Omega Stages
Town and City
Duck Hunt
Smashville
Lylat Cruise
Dreamland 64
Mario Circuit
Skyloft
Delfino Plaza
Wuhu Island
Peach's Castle 64
Umbra Clock Tower

-The full list stage striking (FLSS) system will be used to choose stages, which will be explained below.
-Characters are chosen at the beginning of the set. A double-blind character selection may be requested in this step, meaning a third party will be privately told which characters will be picked and will ensure the selections are accurate.
-A Rock-Paper-Scissors game will be played at the beginning of the set, the winner of which gets to ban a stage from the list. The second player bans 2 more stages, and the two will continue banning 2 stages until there are 2 left, at which point the winner will get to choose which stage to play on the first game. (Banning, or striking, occurs in this order: 1-2-2-2-2-2-1)
-The winner of the first game may choose to change their character, but they must do so before their opponent changes theirs. Once characters are finalized, the winner of game 1 may ban 3 stages from the list, leaving 10 options on the list for the other player to choose for the next game. This process is repeated after each game until the set is over.
-Dave’s Stupid Rule (DSR) is in effect, meaning that you cannot choose a stage you have previously won on. DSR may be nullified if your opponent agrees to play on the stage.

PLEASE ask any questions if you are unclear on any of the rules. We hope to see you guys there!
