These are the bane of my existence. If I can collect the rest of these my game will be 100% complete. But the game keeps giving me repeats! It's been a week, I need 9 more and have no luck! Is there some enemy I can defeat or some streak I can pull off to have a better chance at a new power or just gives more powers than usual?
