As far as I could find there are only general topics about smash run, but none specifically about good/funny/other kinds of character builds for this mode, while I do believe that it could be nice to see how others set up their characters for this mode.
Two gimmicky builds I have tried are an all-in Lucario build with a loadout to start game, find a nice group of enemies and use devils pact for a boost to allow you to take them out quickly, use super armor to stay alive near the big enemies and use rage to get a second boost on your first life. If anything could be considered a glass cannon, it is this. The core of this build are the following powers:
