Yes. But so far there's only one version of the 3DS printed guide listed. Separate to the 2x WiiU versions.

That's most likely a placeholder date which will be changed when the real dates are released.

I'll wait and see what it offers in terms of art, organization, etc. I doubt there will be any groundbreaking info, but it might be something nice to have! I still always go back to my Hyrule Historia book.
