So with all of the stuff to come from this Grinch leak with people analyzing the banner and practically every thing from the snapchat recording itself why not look at the most obvious thing we could possibly do. The copyrights. Now I am no legal expert and correct me for pure ignorance like as I said "I am no legal expert" but the said characters on the banner are Shadow the Hedgehog, Ken, Banjo-Kazooie, Geno, Isaac, Mach Rider, KOS-MOS and The Chorus Kids. Now whats interesting is that Banjo and Mach Rider have been recently accepted for SEC. 8 & 9's which idk are but it seems weird that both character have been accepted for the same thing. And now you maybe wondering "Just because 2 things have been accepted for this one thing why are you mentioning rhythm heaven and golden sun?" well both of those ones have been accepted SEC 8 & 15's which is oddly suspicious. Now I am going to speculate. Now for this SEC. 8 & 9's I am assuming this is some kind of copyright thingy for non Nintendo owned characters to go by seeing as Isaac and Chorus kids are both owned by Nintendo and are accepted for SEC 8 & 15's. If someone can explain this more in detail that'd be great but right now it seems a bit too suspicious that all of these copyright placements and dates are all happening around the same time frame for the development of this game.
