Smash 64 undefeated

I am undefeated till this day at 64 taking all challengers, how can I get some exposure? I'm in California

I'm pretty sure the best character is Ness, you just must not know how to use him. One of my friends likes to jump offstage and then use pk thunder to launch at the opponents. I'm pretty sure he's unbeatable. And have you seen his down-b? Ness-Fox is probably a 100-0 matchup. PK Fire is also just sooo cheap. He's pretty OP.

Jesus Christ, you guys make it seem like this kid has made some outrageous post about being the God of smash or something. He simply said that he's never lost and that he's taking all challenges. To me, it sounds like he's someone who is bored of beating down his friends, thinks he has some potential, and wants to get exposure by playing some talented players. There's nothing wrong with that.

there's a difference between new players and people who start their posts with something like "i'm undefeated." it's not uncommon that those of the latter are cocky douche bags.

not saying this guy is, but why not just say "i'm based in fresno and want to get some games in with people?" why bring up the fact that he's undefeated? it'll make people want to play you, but for the wrong reason.

Ness is good if you know how to use him, but if you know how to play against him with someone fast I really wouldn't consider him the best

Yeah picking on new guy to the site. Doesn't mean I'm a nube to the game!!

I simply just found this site I've played the game forever, I'll admit I'm not too good at the newer versions I never played them too much to get good. But rest assure the 64 I can give anyone a run for the money, call it cocky or whatever haha. I've played all kinds of guys that said same and praise z canceling and all that and nearly don't get touched when I play them

I know what the z canceling is, but don't depend on it. The game is all about timing speed and being able to anticipate opponents attacks. Wish there was legit way to play n64 version online haha

Check out the player locator thread (it's one of the stickies). We do get a bunch of threads like this, and so far no one has been anywhere near a competitive level, but the idea that you're "the best" is always so deeply ingrained that we don't expect you to believe that you're the same. That said, we're very sure, so don't expect us to beat your door down; drive out to one of the cali players if you wanna learn.
