As long as it's not like Sticker Star, I'll be glad with any new Paper Mario game. If it's like Super Paper Mario, I'll be glad because that probably means Luigi will be playable again and that game is sexy sauce. If it's like TTYD, I'll be glad beause that game is also sexy sauce. If it's something completely different, but still potentially awesome, then I'll give it a shot.

I'm fine with it being like TTYD for the same reasons. As well as for SPM, while yeah Luigi was playable and that's great, I mostly liked it because it IS sexy sauce like TTYD. If the next PM's like Sticker Star then I'm conflicted because I haven't played SS. I'll also be fine with it being completely different but great though.

I'm talking about the two new Sonic games supposedly in development. Ever hear of Sonic Runners on iphones and stuff? This guy leaked it five months in advance, and he's back to talk about Digital Sonic 25 and Sonic Colors Generations (tentative Japanese names obviously).

DS25 starts with Sonic chasing Eggman through GHZ for the bajillionth time, but then Eggman traps Sonic in a computer program based on old SEGA games like Nights and... Actually I forgot. It's supposed to be multiplat (only red flag I see, but eh), and the gameplay is supposed to be a balance of the boost trilogy's gameplay with Lost World's. The game is SEGA celebrating their video game history, and they say it really started with Sonic. So Digital Sonic 25.

SCG is about what it sounds like: Colors and Generations taped together, "warts and all" with an unknown amount of extra levels and presumably improved graphics. Wii U exclusive.

I am conflicted over whether or not it is true, but I like the ideas.

I'm not gonna lie, both of these games sound absolutely amazing.
But I guess what matters is how it's handled. And with SEGA you never know...

I'm going to have faith in SEGA. Colors and Gens were great, and LW was enjoyable if a little experimental. They seem to be listening to the key complaints with LW, being that it's too slow and bringing back the boost powah 3D Sonic level design.

Assuming it's all real of course.

Well, if that's the direction they're going than count me out. I thought LW's speed was fine and I really dislike the boost-to-win gameplay in some 3D Sonics. Would rather they just focus on fixing the platforming to be as good as the Genesis days to be honest.

I guess so. I'm actually going to be in LA at the time of E3. Im gonna try to go, but me and my girlfriend may end up having other plans depending on the situation.

In the meantime, I'll probably just start playing Sonic Riders. I got it at the vintage store and haven't tried it out since I've been hospitalized.

He's an adult who gets trapped in the hellish alternate dimension with you. You end up rescuing him and he decides to join Ib so you both can leave together.

His fate is entirely dependant on your actions. He can end up insane, dead, escape with you without him remembering you or escaping and promising that you will meet again someday.
