Why, is there arguing and hating on fans of the other version going on in there?
If so, I understand, however, if not, then it should be left open.

I mean, it really is a curious question, would the Wii U version have had all the stages the 3ds did, or only some?
If the 3ds verison hadn't existed, Zelda/Shiek and Samus/ZSS might still be one character. Maybe Squirtle and Ivysaur would still be in the game.

It's an interesting question, at least if it's actually analyzed by someone w/o bias towards one version.

If the 3DS version didn't exist, we'd have stuff like transformations (Zelda/Sheik, Samus/Zero Suit Samus), Ice Climbers and perhaps some stages in the 3DS version would've been on the Wii U instead.

But I also think that some ideas such as stages that take advantage of each player having their own screen, Smash Run (which is designed with a handheld console in mind) would have never come to light. Plus, being able to play Smash Bros. anywhere is a dream come true for many.

I see it has everything having its price. To have something, you must sometimes sacrifice something else in return. You gain some, but you lose some in the process.

This is honestly my view on the thing. Pretty neutral and boring, I know. lol

As for me, I'm happy the 3DS version exists, as otherwise I wouldn't be playing Smash nowadays.

(But I think most of the complaining is solely because of the Ice Climbers being cut.)

Honestly, I never cared that much for the Ice Climbers.

I mean, it's a bit disappointing they didn't return and all. Should they be DLC, I'd be hyped and get them.

Besides that, they were kind of there. I rarely played as them.

I'd rather not have them, but be able to play Smash anywhere on my 3DS, than otherwise.

I mean no disrespect, but a character from an long-forgotten NES game that wasn't even well-received and didn't quite catch on back then and were only added because of the 2-in-1 novelty isn't really THAT important in a crossover. Even the other retros (Mr. Game & Watch, R.O.B. and Duck Hunt) have more significance to them.

I liked playing as them and miss them, but having a handheld Smash has been a dream of me since the first time I played Melee, which was 13 years ago, so I gladly sacrifice them for Smash 3DS.

You know what, actually, I don't even think they'll return in future installments. A new game in their "series" (which comprises of ports of the original game) won't be happening anytime soon. I might be proven wrong.

No, I don't hate Ice Climbers, but people arguing over which version is inferior makes me neglect them.

Yeah, pretty much.
If the 3ds version didn't exist, we either wouldn't have gotten Pac-Maze, or its mechanics might have been different.
Also, Smash Run is awesome.

I too am happy that the 3ds version exists. Portable Smash is awesome.

I played Smash Tour 2 days ago. Even Mario Party 10 is a better game than this lackluster mode. Not kidding. It's incredibly flawed.

Y'know, honestly, I feel like people over exaggerate A LOT when it comes to disliking Smash Tour.
That's just going too far.

I never paid attention to this, but apparently, most people would never check your blog before liking / reblogguing it. There's even a shortcut to reblog without opening the editor.....one person i had on skype reblogs like crazy with this.

So, the only thing they see is the post, your avatar and your username for most of the time.

Now, my avatar is good, my username was just aldelaro5. I realised that no one will get what my blog is about if I just leave it as it. I also realised you could change the username....

So, solution, I changed it to paper-mario-for-ssb4 and guess what?

I'm receiving lots of followers lately and I even got a mention which gave me a free follow

Also, easy way to make follow with support, post a thing telling to reblog if you want X character in ssb4. Follow everyone that likes the post and reblog those who doesn't detract the characters. You will receive follow back in no time.

I even got a lot of reblogs and likes by getting follow back.

Currently, 214 followers and 4955 notes, but 3419 of these are from the words posts alone.....lol.

So, this makes me wonder.....

I don't like the random characters the mode gives you. I don't like the fact that CPU levels can't be changed (but the same occurs with Smash Run), I don't like the fact that the CPUs can win the game easily, and I'm not very fond of the challenges. Maybe more than that, but that's all I can come up with.
