It will eventually die down. I've tested Mewtwo like 5 times and went back to Dedede.

I think Apple headphones are in my Top 10 least favourite things in the world. Sound quality aside - why make a product that doesn't properly fit your ear?

Edit, just realised I'm using the uber old ones. I have a Samsung, and my iPod touch is like 4 years old now. I can't find ANY or my normal earbuds or headphones.

The modern ones aren't that much better. Sure, they fit better in the ear and the play/pause + volume buttons in the cables is a really nice touch, but they break really easy. I'm not joking, all I did for the last few months is store them in my pockets the same way I would any other earphones (rolling them up my hand, but not too suddenly, then putting them in said pocket), and the cables eventually snapped.

The USB adapters are even worse, because not only are they just as fragile, if not more than the earphones, they do not work with older Apple products.

I never used headphones in my iPod touch 4G (when it worked, anyway). Didn't care much about them.
