Nothing at the moment. It was fine for a while and only recently, very recently, got worse like this. However I do plan on getting treated this week.

It should be a simple, but probably slow process to fixing it.

Usually a mouthguard and stronger anti-inflammatory pills are what the doctors give, and jt goes away on its own after a while.

It is one of those things wherw if you control the symptoms, it will go away. Once in a while there are cases where it requires surgery but I don't think I am there yet!

Hi all.

Changed my avatar to be less negative. Still not completely over yesterday's news, though. Watched bits of some old Nintendo Directs. Can you believe they've been a thing since February 2012?

Not technically; but if I laugh or talk too much while eating my jaw locks for a moment, sometimes with cramps too

@Erika pls get better. My sister has lock jaw, so, I know it can be tough. :(

On a side note, I went to physical therapy today. Horray for improved posture!

Thank you! I am also going to try some changes on my own which will hopefully help as well.

I guess that would work also. But i find posting on Smashboards a bit faster (though I obviously wont do it all the time for future sigs since some threads would be annoyed by it).

The only way she's avoided it is by simply not opening her jaw too wide. It doesn't seem like she has it as bad as you do because of that.

Yes I don't mind, I wanted to leave my house to get something but it started raining and my sister took the last umbrella so I'm stuck until the rain stop.
