But is it going to be more powerful than the Wii U? We don't know what the NX's gimmick is yet either, whether not it would be affected by graphical power.
Also, it's a rumor, and is not different to any other rumor.

Since when does processing power matter? Oh yeah, only to graphic ******. Sometimes a thing can be underpowered and be a commercial success.
The course I took is designed to teach students the role of an artist specialised in creating art and content specifically for video games, as well as the development process of creating video games as a whole by working with both Animation and Game Design students.
Personally, it was worth it, but as with any grad student, I am now sitting in a huge crater known as the student loan debt.
I thought it was because of poor marketing choices and a badly planned debut launch. And the fact XBone lacks a library of game exclusives so they steal other franchises by contracting "timed exclusives".

Like Smash 64? I dont know much about graphics back then but, wasn't SB64 graphics average?
I know CBFD was amazing at its time. biased and unbiased.
Maybe that can go way if you can create Conker's other bad day for the world...

The game had a low budget, so obviously, the graphics aren't going to blow you away, even to this day. A fun game nonetheless.

All of Nintendo's handheld consoles have been low spec compared to the competition, yet they are selling like hotcakes.

It's not like Sony's library of games has been much better this generation. 1st party titles from them have been sparse and the games that people are getting most excited for, the real reasons to get a PS4, won't be out until next year or later.

In future, I do. I'm not fully convinced I'm ready yet, so I'm going to continue polishing my skills to build a better portfolio. I might be doing a Masters in Concept Art, but I'm waiting for a reply back on whether I get granted a scholarship.

I played it a bit some time ago when I felt like playing the cut characters. Right now I'm too invested in Smash 4 to go back again. I'll probably play it some more again a little while after all the DLC comes out for SSB4. Though, it's the same situation for 64 and Melee.

I disagree. Releasing a console mid-generation is really risky. It will need lots of third party support to get people interested as most will have bought an Xbone or a PS4 by then. Third party developers want consoles that run bigger, more demanding games. Just looking at current trends, it's easy to see consumers also want those games. For people who don't care about graphics, they still want a decent games library. If the NX can't attract a number of third parties to build an excellent library, Nintendo is just digging themself in a hole.
The NX needs the power not only to catch up to its competitors but it also needs to get ahead of them. While I have faith Nintendo can deliver quality games, that unfortunately is not enough. I think Nintendo needs games that can only work on the NX, not because of a gimmick but because the Xbone or PS4 simply don't have the power to run the games.

I didn't know either til I recognised Google's little tribute. He's the guy behind Ultraman.
If you don't know this either, he's basically one of Japan's biggest cult mascots. He fights giant kaiju monsters with his fists.

What animal HASN'T been in a video game? There's nothing stopping you from making any animal character you want, as every animal you think of has probably already been used. You just have to put your own spin on it to make it look different.
