Okay, here's the concept :

You're a peasant living in the town of [town name], where the nation is ruled by Tom Nook, a dictator who is also an international businessman.

When you come into town, you are sent to Tom Nook who assigns you a tent in a dirt patch somewhere around the town. He also gives you a job at his superstore "Tom Nook Inc.".

After doing assignments and meeting people Tom lets you off because he does not want a peasant to work up into the ranks. He gives you a rent goal of 18,000 bells in a week (but he'll only threaten you if you don't).

Once you somehow pay off your rent without a job, Tom agrees to give you a small house, but to make sure you are given no luck, he uses inflation to his advantage and makes you pay 32,000 bells in the same amount of time.

Tom will also allow you into his store, but will only give you items suited for "peasants." He will not sell his high-quality items on display.

After paying it off over and over, Tom keeps raising the cost of normal rent. This creates a protest to where you are the leader of the movement and you overthrow Nook. You are now the new dictator.

You are given Nook's former slave servant assistant: Isabelle. Together, you both rule the town and you command everyone, while focusing on how to change to town and militia to make it the supreme nation of all the villages.

The longer you are dictator, the more Nook's stores become less in quality to the point where he sells his most valuable items for a decent price even the low-classes can buy. Nook is left in the end with nothing but a shack.

You are the new ruler, commander of everyone, and it's all thanks to the government collapsing on itself to be renewed to begin and fall once more.

Just a thought. :4villager: It's just the plot.

Eh, I tried Harvest Moon. It's okay, but imo I didn't really care for it.
It is a farming sim. It isnt for eveyone
Yeah, a person either likes it or doesn't, there's no gray area with these games.
I always find myself going back to them because they're a calm pastime that makes me feel productive.
I really liked A Wonderful Life. Never finished it, but when I was feeling useless I always used to play it to make myself feel like I'm doing something.

Eh.

On the bright side, I was able to name all my animals "Bob". So that way they're all equal in my eyes.
