It's your money, but I'm saying not only are you supporting arseholes instead of Nintendo, Capcom, etc., but you're paying MORE MONEY doing so. Pay 30 bucks once and every $59.99 US game becomes $47.99 for you, and you earn extra points so you can get coupons that can take another $5 or $10 off every few purchases. $54.99 US for a used copy of Splatoon is a joke, even I could easily get the game new for less in my country.

Still don't get how Im supporting gamestop but ok. Gamestop has never been that bad to me to call then assholes

Because preowned or not, the company is still getting their cut of you buying THEIR game. Gamestop dosent keep all of the money, Im sure that is a crime but ok

Aside from the relatively small amount whoever traded that copy in got from Gamestop, the price you paid was just profit for them. Normal retail games give a certain amount to the publisher, certain amount to the platform holder, etc.

The people who actually made the game don't get a damn thing on a used copy and you're paying more for it.



Used, everything but the small figure paid to whoever traded it in goes to Gamestop, a company that shows no risk by pretty much only having enough copies of most games to satisfy the pre-orders that they pester you with at the counter, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.


I mean, it's your money, so I'm dropping this convo after this post bunny, but Gamer's Club Unlocked would save you a fair bit over...Gamestop. I personally would never buy a used copy for $5 off.

Thanks for the games!~ I'd say you should work on your rolling habits and dash attacks habits though. There were sometimes where you rolled all around me and I was able to tell where you would be and land a rather lucky smash attack. Also, dash attacks are a pretty unsafe, so I would only try to use them when it appears safe.

Otherwise, you did good, and they were good games :grin:.

Good games!

I know, I rolled and dashed too much. But playing against a character like Kirby gets me jumpy and on edge, especially one who is pretty good like yourself. You had me on the ropes the entire time!

Bunny, no. Used copies the developers and publishers don't get a cent. This is why online passes were a thing for a while

Naaah I made a lot of mistakes too. Kirby does have a lot of tools and options that make him pretty difficult to fight. (dem dairs are insanely good combo starts).

Your Peach, Lucina, and Gunner are all pretty good, but I'd say in those matches, your Lucina did best. Not sure if that was because matchup or because you played her well, but I had the most difficult time fighting her.
