Man, I love that era of Metroid.

I'm sure alot of people would like a Prime 4. It doesn't need to be called Prime 4, but it could have the same gameplay style. Or Something like Super in HD. Super's the most iconic of the series, so I could see that happening.

If I could chose, I'd pull something similar to the DS Mario games had in concept. Take the 2-D formula, add 3-D graphics but keep the mechanics as close to the original as possible while still having interesting level design. And then take that onto a portable system.

While Prime styled games could go on the console, as it would fit that better.

I would approve a metroid x kid icarus crossover.

Thank you. Plus Pit and Sammy were created by the same person as well, and both their first games came out in 1986. Surely makes more sense than Metroid/Star Fox crossover.

More or less. Though given that it's Metroid, and not Mario, hopefully the idea won't stick around so long that it's annoying. Honestly I think handhelds are a great way to keep a familiar gameplay style for an iconic series. While console games generate more hype, and can at least take more risks from time to time as well.

This beg's the question; are the characters older, or aging? The only noteworthy fact supporting is the fact Bison now has white/grey hair. Ryu and Chun-li have barely changed, and Nash... well he's a frankenstein now.

This doesn't really mean anything to me. I've got a pet peeve looking at "mature" characters like Chun-li and be told that they're younger than they look. Chun-li was supposed to be 18 when she debuted... how is she a police chief at 18 years old? With a bod like THAT?

Not sure who made this, but I would totally be okay if Ryu had an Old Ryu pallette or if Old Ryu was a Ryu-Gouken-Evil Ryu hybrid unlockable character in SFV or if Ryu does show up in Smash 4, he's Old Ryu or has an Old Ryu alt. We need more badass older people instead of being drowned in 20-somethings, teens, and the occasional middle-aged person.

The concept of a soul becomes messy since the Bible is vague on the matter for animals and doesn't really discuss anything relating to the afterlife. I'd like to think that aliens are also in the similar position with humans that they are created in God's image.

I think animals have souls. In the bible, God would ask for sacrifices from animals. If they had no soul what would the sacrifice be?
I dont think animals can show that they have a soul so we just assume that they dont have souls. And in heaven, why should it be exclusive to angels, "people" god and Jesus?

I prefer to treat Boom Knuckles as a completely separate from usual Knuckles. Though I like both.

It's kind of startling how there's only one person who barely classifies as an old badass in Smash: .

It's why I want Snake to come back as Old Snake, want James McCloud as a Fox alt with his own voice like say... Jim Walker, Fox's Assault and Brawl voice actor, Duster from Mother 3 - also doubles as a handicapped badass -, and other older folk. Mario, Luigi, Wario, Captain Falcon, and even Bowser and DK are probably at worst, 39-years old, Palutena, Rosalina, and the Pits are immortal, ROB's a robot, and pretty much everyone save Ganondorf, Olimar, and maybe King Dedede, Meta Knight, Pac-Man, and maybe Mr. Game & Watch, are in the their prime, youngin's with potential and limitless power, but it'd be nice to have older characters still showing they can kick *** and take names. It's also why I kind of want a Zelda game where you play as an old Link or perhaps start the first third of the game as an old, daddy Link before moving to play as his son or better yet, make an excuse and have a female Link or Zelda as Link's daughter in that game playable. Or a game where you play as Ganondorf from a young, aspiring idealist trying to better the Gerudo's lives to an old, cynical man corrupted by the Triforce of Power's power before moving to play as a Gerudo-raised Link as the new generation righting the wrongs of the old or something.
