Unless I'm mistaken, the three game contract only extended to Mario and Sonic at the Olympics, Lost World, and the first two Sonic Booms, so there was no reason that caused them to make this one. If anything, the reason why they're making another is that the show is doing well, so they wanted to make a sequel and the 3DS version happened to have a decent base review-wise (it wasn't absolutely hated) and mechanic-wise for them to work with.

Maybe they escavated a fossil back then? As long as they have the inspiration, it's entirely possible that they used it for their drawings after they discovered it.

They also found carvings of what are clearly sauropods, triceratops, stegosaurus, therapods

Meh, after doing a little digging, I found most of the carvings are possibly fake

While the stegosaurus carving in stone is real, the rest of them were fond in "Ica Stones" which are possibly fake

So I saw that Nintendo World Championship thing. I'm not too familiar with nearly anyone there. But a lot of them are speed-runners so they should be good.

From the comments I read, no one seems to have any faith that Egoraptor will do good.

So Nintendy has revealed some new info on the World Championships this Sunday:


Another game confirmed for the Championships is Zelda 1 (via Nintendo's Twitter)

And here's a recap of the games from past Nintendo World Championships (most likely not in the 2015 one):
NWC 1990 - Super Mario Bros., Rad Racer, Tetris
NWC Remix (from "NES Remix" series) - Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, Dr. Mario

My laptop's display could not turn on and I had to switch it off, eliminating all progress (shading-wise) found in my next icon, effectively making me go Super Saiyan and rage at everything. Yes, I'm so mad. :mad:
