What is it with the Earth Kingdom and picking terrible leaders?

I think it's probably because the Earth Kingdom is reflecting the end of China's monarchies where tons of puppet kings and/or kings were used while Hou Ting was based on Cixi, an infamous queen. Also, with a giant, wealthy palace and tons of people, there's only so little one person can do. Add in the "advisers", "council", etc. that undermined, were selfish, and basically controlled the monarch. Look up boyars of Russia. They, along with the Orthodox church, tried everything to take over Russia and benefit themselves. Ivan IV, and other tsars even tried massacring them, but that didn't work out until the rest of the people became fed up and started a revolution. There's a reason why people tend to not like rich people.

The Fire Nation is like imperialist Japan or the militaristic part of China who took control of many nations, but then ended up helping other nations. The Air Nation is obviously based on Tibet or perhaps even Thailand - the Fire Nation is based on that too with the Agni Kai dress for males resembling Muay Thai garb - and parts of India where Buddhism is widely practiced. Then there's the Water Tribe which I guess would be based on Mongolia, Polynesia, Southeast Asia, and the Asian part of Russia.

Book 4: Balance looks like Prince Wu will probably be a puppet while the Earth Kingdom becomes the Earth Republic. Someone said that Kuvira might end up being similar to Mao Zedong, Joseph Stalin, etc. Basically, someone who takes power and subjugates everyone under their will and laws.

That would be an insult to Prince Poo from EarthBound.

Sonic 3, I'll give it to Knuckles that he legitimately could not know Eggman was duping him since he just met him and there's a prophecy involving Eggman and Sonic that Knuckles interpreted incorrectly.

Sonic Triple Trouble, "Sonic is after the Chaos Emeralds!".
Logical response: "So? You're the bad guy. The Emeralds are safe in Sonic's hands."
Knuckles' response: "HE IS?!? IMMA KICK HIS ASS!"

Sonic Adventure, "Sonic is after your Master Emerald shards!"
Logical response/Knuckles' response: "Yeah, right. Still, to be safe, I should see if he really is going after them, and if so, why."
*Cut to Knuckles seeing Sonic and a mysterious shine*
Logical response: "Hey, Sonic, is that a shard of the Master Emerald? Oh, that's a Chaos Emerald."
Knuckles' response: "GIMME BACK MAH EMMEROWDS!"

Sonic Advance 2, we don't even know what happened. Eggman kidnapped Knuckles like he did with Tails, then SOMEHOW duped him into going after Sonic in one of his mechs.

Sonic Colors DS, duped by Rouge pretending to be Eggman to come to his amusement park. So even when Eggman isn't duping Knuckles....he's duping Knuckles.

Granted, Knuckles does wise up in Sonic Riders Zero Gravity by telling Eggman he no longer believes a word he says, it's just sad that it took him that long. (And since Colors comes after this....well...)

Then there's the fact he's portrayed as a ignorant hothead in more modern titles....hence my initial joke about Knuckles being a dumb oaf being the usual.

I have no songs on my smartphone... Granted, I got my phone a couple weeks ago, but still, I have like nothing on it. Only like, a few games (love Bejeweled. Could play it for hours on end lol). And then I have this random Japanese app. There's like this anime dude that speaks (it's only like a few lines). The only reason why I got it is because the voice actor's Jun Fukuyama (there's some other apps with different VAs).

For some reason, although I love the band and it was hard limiting to just those songs, it annoys me when I put it on shuffle and it seems I ONLY get that band one after another

According to iTunes genre classifications almost all the songs are Alternative, with a few rock and pop with ONE Electronic

I mostly listen to Metal, Electronic and Classical/Orchestral music, and mixes of these. And videogame music, an almost embarrassing amount of it. Im mostly ok with all kinds of music, depends on my mood really and if that particular song is catchy to my ear.

I noticed that Gaur Plain and Id (Purpose) are shortened versions of the originals. Eh.

Dark Pit's Theme sounds a little different from the original, with the instruments' volumes being changed.

Not the first time there are songs labelled as "Original", but actually have some slight changes or cut parts. Happened in Brawl with some Melee songs and a lot of Sonic songs, especially.

I admit some of the changed Melee songs in Brawl actually ended up sounding better than the originals.

I find it noteworthy that Dark Pit and Lucina have their own clapping animations.

And Jigglypuff is rude as hell. Everyone's clapping but her.

They didn't remix any Xenoblade song. I wondered why, but then I listened to them. ACE is really good and is also doing some remixes for this game.

I really need to play this game ASAP. Extra incentive to get a New 3DS, I guess.

And then there's the sequel Xenoblade Chronicles X. When the composer is Hiroyuki Sawano, you know it's going to be good.
