I feel as if Smash 3DS and Wii U will have separate Tier Lists.
Mainly cuz it seems some characters would be better on one version.
Such as how Little Mac could be better on Wii U and Sonic would be better on 3DS.

Most likely. Seeing as how there will be a C-Stick for the new 3DS soon, tier lists would shift as it allows better control over certain characters, like Rosalina & Luma (while Rosalina is in hitstun), or Robin with his Levin Sword aerials (easily use it instead of Smash stick in the air).

Oh yeah, the C-Stick is will shift the tier list on the 3DS.
Why is Pikachu that low on the "3DS tier list". It has always been effective. ._.
