Toss up between Majora's Mask and Wind Waker here, with Ocarina of Time just behind (and setting the standard.)

Wind Waker will always be my favorite. I love the art style and music especially. It has this playful charm that just appeals to me more than the darker tone... sorry Twilight Princess.

I've actually only played 1 Legend of Zelda game in my entire life, so I don't have a favorite. I find the series to be really interesting, but I don't play any of the games.

I either use Default or the Smash Bros.-themed ones. Mostly the former.

Ironic consiering I don't really like themes much on a system like this.

Depends on how anthropomorphized they are.
More anthro = usually better.

I have the the MGS, Majora's Mask, Smash Bros, and chao themes on my cycle. The chao one stands out the most, but I love chao to much to never not have it. MGS Snake Eater theme is great for when I just hear the song and sing the lyrics to "Snake Eater."

My role in the movie is that I would be the deadpan snarker who trolls people for the lols but when the situation is intense turns into serious mode.

I cycle through Smash Bros Theme 1, Primal Groudon/Primal Kyogre, Mega Rayquaza, Pokémon Friends, Xenoblade Mechonis, Azure Striker Gunvolt: Gunvolt, Mega Charizard X, Ace Attorney Trilogy and Mega Charizard Y & Mega Rayquaza. Yeah, a lot of Pokémon ones but I love those.
