There is the Shift+F8 command while booting but it does not work on UEFI BIOS and SSD's but this still does not work sometimes because Windows 8 boots too fast to the point there is no time to recognize a command.

I used to have Windows as a little girl, so when my parents switched my computer to a Mac I actually cried haha. It's pretty embarrassing to tell that, but I was young and didn't like change. But then I got used to it and while Apple phones suck, I prefer their computers. And this situation is not helping Windows' cause.
