Well, I've finally gotten the character select to a point where I can say "Let's move on to something else for now."

It's not 100% done yet, but this'll do for now. Dots are animated and move at different speeds. The portraits are technically symmetrical in their positions, but NeB isn't centered.

I'll still probably have to edit the positioning of those damn things later...
