It's not good because you don't have your feelings returned. I don't see why it is a problem to be attracted to someone in a relationship as long as you don't try to get with them or break them up. That is only a problem for people who can't control their emotions or accept when their feelings will never be returned. I had strong feelings for my current best friend, while she was in a 7 year relationship. I never once had any temptation to jeopardize that, because I can handle my emotions.
