Hey, I completely forgot to share this thing I found on SS with you, just for you... (I like you
).
You know when I keep claiming that the game has rushed parts?
Well I found one that no matter how I see it, I cannot deny it.
When the manual says that mashing A after selecting run away improves your chances, they are LYING, it does absolutely NOTHING.
When the screens fades, that's actually just graphical, what actually happens is you are on a 50/50 rng (maybe there's stuff that influence it, but the end result is always 50/50 after you click the button). So, what is happening is no matter haow hard you push A, this rng will decide if you run or not.
Let's say I got a no, I could mash 15 times per second (I'm sure this game is 30 fps so the max theoretical mashing speed) and it would still do absolutely nothing, i will fail.
But ont he other hand, if I got a yes and I do not touch the a button at all, i will run away.
Take this as you will, but next to the cryptic action commands instructions, this is awfully rushed when the games leads you to believe something said in the manual while in actuality, they didn't even implemented the feature.....
