Basically, the very first thing I wanted to do as I said in a previous post is document the sequnce with every triggers, this shouldn't have lead to any finding other than jsut the triggers,....btu thanks to realising how untested this game is, I found some.
The flip is bound to the sequence. idk why the freak, but it is. If you are at position 15 and below, you can;t flip, but you can at 16 and after. This isn't usual, normally, it should be like TTYD, just set an item slot or something that tells that you have the upgrade. This isn't an upgrade, it's a sequence triggers which makes it interesting. idk how you could do this but if you were to skip the sequence ahead to not visit bestovius and break the sequnce, you woudl logically automatically gain flip. It sounds not much possible, but interesting.
This game has a lot of dummy numbers. how TTYD went is that you could get some numbers that just aren;t seen, but used and rarely you would not see numbers that are not used. Spm.....has a lot of both. idk why, but after almost every ch, there's one value skipped, the only theory I have on that one is that it;s hitting the Star Block.
But other times it;s jsut were the dev drunk? For example, entering most ch with a -1 in it will skip a value, but on ch3-1 for example, entering the door will advance the sequnce, this revealed that the trigger skipped for the other ch was that, but why it wasn;t seen there????? .......i don;t know
And one.....geez, this one, there has to be unused stuff going on there, but the trigger 23 and 24 are inverted......
23 is after you get the cage on the door in the Thoreau room.
24 is after you revealed the door with Tippi leading to the Thoreau room.
no, this was NOT a type, 23 logically would go after 24, but the numbers tells otherwise givng a lot of confusion. In normal gameplay, you never see 23, when you reveal the door, you get 24 and because you still haven't got Thoreau wihich is 25, the game still loads the cage.
Maybe they rushed on that one.
So far, I am at 303 out of 422 and the sammer had like 60 triggers alone, lol
