I'd appreciate it if anyone could suggest me what to do with my Wii games:

So my Wii no longer reads discs and I still have several games I want to play. Ideally, I thought of simply getting a SD card and migrating all the data to my Wii U, however I have a couple VC games left to finish (Super Metroid and Chrono Trigger) and since I don't have a Classic controller, I rely on the Gamecube controller. There's the problem... I'd be unable to play those games on the Wii U. I don't think moving the data from those games to a SD card would work since IIRC only the save files are moved to the card.

So which option do you consider to be the best?
  1. Migrate Wii data to the Wii U and get a Classic controller
  2. Send my Wii to be fixed
  3. Speedrun those games to never play them again and then option 1 without getting the controller
  4. Wait until Nintendo actually decides to let the Gamecube adapter work with other games

Isn't game like Super Metroid let you use others controler? If yes, you could just use another one. If not, you can:
1: Send your Wii to be fixed
or
2: Move the data and rebuy the game on the Wii U Virtual Console. (You will lose all of your data i think but you will have the option to do powersave. Which help alot.)

I hope this will be helpful for you.

I got bored of my DJ Octavio avatar more quickly than I thought I would, so now I'm an angry little slice of pie. I'll get hated for this avi at some point, but let's see how far I can pull it off.

I'm growing a beard out here waiting for a direct or something to keep me occupied for the next few weeks before Yoshi's Wooly World comes out.

I did a video of some of your stages, should be up tomorrow.

Kenbo... You made me ragequit. Don't take anything I say personally in the video, it's just for entertainment, I don't really hate you ;)
Oh good, can't wait!

There's a trick to the final piece of the stage (and I realized later I should've placed a coin there as a hint) - you actually want to jump on top of the bullet bill first, and then go for the Troopas from there.

Which level did you do? If it is Undersea Salt, you are the only one to beat it thus far. It has a 1.something complete rate.

My next level is up. *prepares for the inevitable salt*

My really awful test stage is being played a lot. It has 8 stars.

Also I will try yours.

I rarely get starred. I've always enjoyed difficult levels like the Star Road levels in SMW, so I model my difficulty that way. Most people don't like difficult levels it seems and my star count reflects that. I don't mind though; my stages are for people who enjoy a challenge. Lol.

i like the kazoo'd series...
I love the series. I knew about it way before I came here, though. Something about Tsuko's weird musical spasms and the impressive amount of work he puts into each video is very admirable. I don't just talk about them to be a jerk, I genuinely enjoy listening to them.

Also: Yes, Cliff. I took your job without a hint of remorse.

I rarely get any stars, and my stages; all except for one, are easy peasy. To put things into perspective, if peasy is not a real word, my stages are easy. But yeah, I starred your castle course even though I could not beat it.
