China had banned Windows 8 for a while when Microsoft decided to (finally) drop support for XP. China is a pretty hardcore XP fanboy, it seems.

It's annoying for importers. I had to fashion my 3DS charger by cutting the NA charger's wire it came with and joining it to a mobile charger. Yes, that is how I charge my 3DS.
