To add to this, an issue with them could be advertising. I'm not joking, but since I've been visiting a ton of Japanese websites, the cookies seemingly store that and then I end up getting a ton of online ads to dating sites where you can find Asian women to date online. I'm not kidding. Just be aware of that.

Those ads come from Google. I'm pretty sure there is a way to turn off "interest based ads" as they call it.

I'll post hhow to do it when I am on a computer.

That's where AdBlock comes into play.

Definitely. My iPad has a feature in the privacy section where you can remove the Advertising Identifier, as well as Cookies and History in the Safari section. I try to use that, but occasionally they still come back up.

I am 14. Some of these ads are very annoying sometimes... I mean i have seen worse.

The best part is that I actually clicked on one of the ads (the one that comes up the most), and it was for Chinese and Vietnamese women, not Japanese. I mean, they could at least make an effort, not that I would want to date a woman anyways (I'm 12 ).

Any websites which can collect personal info (like birthdays or email) have to set the minimum age at 13 (practically speaking) to comply with COPPA. This applies to all US websites.

How did you learn Japanese? Do you find it hard?

For Hiragana and Katakana (2 of the Japanese alphabets) I used 2 guides I found on the internet. These guides use mnemonics to help you remember how to read them and how to say them. For Kanji (3rd Japanese alphabet) and Grammar I'm using apps on my iPad, both being free. For the Kanji one I paid 7 or 8 dollars for the full version.

As for difficulty, Hiragana and Katakana were both easy. I learned both in two days. As for Kanji, it's pretty difficult but only because of the fact that there are two prounounciations for each character and the sheer number that I must learn to become fluent. Grammar is straightforward until you go later on. Kanji and Grammar I'm still working on, mainly Kanji.
