The game is pre-installed though, right? Unless the header pic is outdated/unrelated like it usually is from MNN.

I mean, they still use Melee-era fan art for a lot of their SSB4 stories... but I digress!

Damn it man. Nintendo is making this difficult.

I was literally about to step out and buy a 3DS XL and transfer my data from my reg 3DS. Now it's better off to wait.

As much as I want this, I'm just going to have to hold off and wait for the "New" 3ds XL. It would be foolish to waste money on an outdated model... even if it does look really cool...

The timing of this was terrible. Coming out shortly after they announced the New 3DS. I could see people who don't have a 3DS getting this, but why would anyone who was planning on upgrading get this over the New 3DS.
