Considering the fact that it is possible to implement such behavior into the game as well as L canceling.
Would it be possible for there to be a hacked format?
The main reason for this is that much of the behavior in melee can be placed in brawl.
Wavedashing as shown above (the code is a work in progress), autocanceling as well as the possibility of increasing.
Not only that but getting the homebrew software costs very little and the only requirements are
1.SD card
2.SD card reader (most computers and laptops come with one already)
3. Twilight princess
Everything else can be found online via google.
Nor is it hard to ensure that certain codes are being used either nor does it take very long to place the codes required.
I am rather neutral.
