Pinnacle has this? Teach meSony Vegas definitely has this ability.
Pinnacle Studio should be able to do this as well.
alas I think the only frame by frame youll get is action replay, i really liked mineLike with Pinnacle you can watch it frame by frame but I'm not sure if it actually exports the video so you can watch it frame by frame if you know what I mean.

Thiiiiiiissssss guuuuuuuuyyyyyyy. However...Going to break my SWF hiatus to answer this.
I wouldn't recommend "recording in slow motion (If that's even possible O_o)". I'm sure that match you linked wasn't recorded in slow motion on purpose.
For simple slowdowns (assuming you use Windows Movie Maker), right click the clip and go to effects. This will pull up a new menu. Choose the effect, "slow down half". This doesn't give much freedom to how much you want to slow the clip down, but it should suffice. I recommend Sony Vegas. If you're on Sony Vegas, hold control and drag out the clip to a preferred speed.
For the frame by frame stuff;
Firstly, use Sony Vegas, or even Windows Movie Maker. I'm not experienced enough with WMM, but I'm sure it has a zoom and split feature which might help do this at a lesser extent.
Assuming you have Vegas;
Drag the clip in, and pause it so nothing is playing. You can use the left/right arrow to navigate through the clip in still frames. In order to get frame by frame navigation, you must maximize the clip by pressing the up arrow. It's basically like putting the clip through a magnifying glass. It remains the same size, length, and speed, but you will see a magnified version of it. This allows you to navigate in a more precise manner.
I believe that Pinnacle 14 should have the ability to do this though. I have some time on my hands this week, so I will check it out and see if it works.Kazoo can this great pinnacle also grant my request?
