Slow .gif

So I made my first .gif and it turned out to be really slow. It's 105 frames over about a 5.20 second clip. I made sure it was set to no delay between frames and I also tried setting to 0.01 and things like that. Seems like the problem is probably that the frames' picture quality is too high (they're all screen caps at 1920x1080. Used photoshop to shrink them.)

Just wondering if there's any way that I could fix this so it would run right (i.e. at ~5 seconds) without having to just redo it. It took about 5 hours so I'd really rather not go through that again -_-

So pretty much I should just need a way to make the frames lower quality so that it doesn't render so slowly.

Thanks ^_^

Yeah, high quality frames slow it down...

I guess if you used Final Cut Pro/Adobe After Effects it might help? Photoshop's not exactly built for animation media. Then again I'm not sure if Final Cut/AE can export gifs but I don't see why they wouldn't. Sorry I can't be of more help... I'm not really an expert of making gifs out of videos.

Also, use the Q&A thread next time if you would.
