Skill vs. Tier

Skill> Tier
However if your of the same skill and your both pros most of the time
Tier> Skill
Their is tier list their for a reason if two people are of the same skill level with two different characters and they are of pro semi pro ability most times the higher tier character owns the low tier unfortunate but true.

i think skill>tier.
but tier is still important, i mean tiers are like, a character ladder ranking thing for how they do im tourneys. so, if 2 people had the EXACT same skill and one played fox, while the other played pichu, the fox would win. but if i played chu or timmys pichu with my fox, i would get killed lol.
but there are never really anyone with the EXACT same amount of skill, right?
