Signature Pics Question

I have been wondering this for quite some time now...where do you guys get those little pictures that say "SSBB" in one corner and a character's name, plus a picture of the character? I really want one of those little signature pics and wanted to know where you get them. I would really appreciate an answer.

Yeah, HOW do you make them? I figure by now that people just ask for them because I've seen the same pictures in different people's sigs. And this isn't exactly the wrong place to ask...it relates to characters.

Try the Artwork Emporium, and see if someone there can make them for you if you don't know how to yourself. And you waited a half-hour before bumping the topic, definitely don't do that.
