Why did everyone think that Shulk and Mac had the same face after the leak was revealed, when the two don't really look anything alike?

Shulk and Little Mac have the same face?

Because their heads were angled the exact same way. There was a video (or gif) where someone put the Shulk head over the Little Mac head and they were framed perfectly.

The end result is that I will always joke that Shulk is a "shopped Little Mac."
