Short controller mod question

Can you replace the gamecube sticks with these? Do they fit?

I think its possible, I've heard of people doing it before. It doesn't change the functionality of the stick, it only affects the height of the stick and its grip. Essentially, its completely personal preference.

That said, I think those would need a modification to fit the GC controller. The slot on the GC stick is a square with an orientation groove on one side. I'm looking at the picture on the website, and it looks like you might be able to wedge those PS3 ones on if you tried, but who knows. Try it at your own risk.

Yes. Aesthetic controller mods and removal of shoulder springs/decalibration are completely legal.
