I just learned how to Shino stall "perfectly" today. In other words, I can Shino stall in the lava on Brinstar without getting hurt. How do I implement this as a part of my game? (When should I use it? etc.)

when u kill ur opponent and want to stall while they r invincible. Also if they are impatient they will try to attack u and u can either get some easy dmg or combo set up

You drop from the ledge, up-B and tap down right before the "puff" and you'll grab the ledge again. Doing it fast enough will allow you to be invincible indefinitely.

The words "tap down right before" can also be said like this: "tap down immediately before". In this sense, "right" does not mean a direction.

The only time i really ever use that is when I've just recovered to the edge and are using it as a mindgame to throw off the person edgeguarding. You can do it once or twice, any more than that, and your opponent will catch on. Doing the stall once generally works best, as you can catch the edgeguarder off guard (no pun intended) and follow up with a ledgehopped Fair or combo.
Other than that, i can't really think of another time i may use it. To show off in between my opponents' spawn? But that time can be used to charge up ur needles, so I rarely use it beyond the occasional mind game.

If you're talking about my sig, I made it myself. It's not very good though because you can still see some of the rough edges. I used GIMP 2.
