Pretty character dependent, some characters like Mewtwo, Marth, Ganon, etc you can sheild pressure them with dtilt since you can duck their grab (Marth can only up-b which can be heavily punished if read). But Kirby cant sheild pressure someone like Fox can. What to really do is you gotta mindgame them to either stay in shield or do an action. When they are in sheild, condition them to think you're gonna b-air or whatever and turnaround inhale or tomahawk grab to catch them out of their shield.

Also since footstooling going through shields is a thing, if you do an early FH D-air you can footstool them before you land, and footstool combos into nair and rock. Kirby's SH Fair and Bair can autocancel, so if you time it right that is some decent pressure. You can also dair the shield, but if you do only dair the back of the shiled cuz dair is not at all safe and you will always be shield grabbed. U-air is tricky, a lot of people dont know it can autocancel so early so you might be able to get a spotdodge or even an up tilt out of it. You can also just start letting the rapid jabs loose haha, it cant be shield grabbed if spaced properly and they have to buffer roll away.

So tldr, Kirby cant really shield pressure that well. Its really about conditioning your opponent do not know what you are going to do when they are in their shield. Mixing it up with autocancelled aerials, dtilt on characters with high grabs and no fast up-b or u-smashes, jabs maybe, inhale, grabs, or just doing nothing to bait a reaction are the best ways to shield pressure.
