Sheik's Nair uses and properties

So pretty much in short I think this move throughout the sheik board is thought of as one of sheik's best moves.

However personally I find myself not using this move as often as I'd like to think I do.

So I want to make a topic around her Nair more specifically her OoS nair.

So for any frame junkies out thar I have a question.

When can I use sheik's nair oos vs Falco's dair shine pillar? Or rather after what move should I try it? A few times when I attempted it against my friendlies vs Zhu and my tourney match vs Mango I found myself trying it but got trapped in the shield stun.

Besides vs spacies do you find yourself using nair oos at all? And if so why?

sheik's nair oos can come out in 6 frames.

Basically, he can vary the timing of when he starts the dair.

vs late dairs, the vulnerability is after the shine and before the next dair.
early dairs can be shieldgrabbed or nair oosed.

the first dair they do on your shield is very likely to be late. Then after they shine they can mix up the timing of the next dair, as well as shinegrab (which can't be nair oosed if done perfectly). So it becomes a game of mixups whether your nair oos succeeds.

I think Zoso and I had a convo about when it would win or something. Its surprisingly simple

Anyway I've been messing around with it and I'm having a lot of trouble hitting small characters. Like Pikachu, puff, etc.

I'm curious, can anyone show me a nair Oos done perfectly and show the hitbox of it?

I've struggled as well on small/crouching characters. However, being out of the shield pressure with a good hitbox out is normally good enough for me.

If I can't use it to hit puff at a reasonable rate I'd argue its absolutely useless vs her lol.

I'm not willing to float around that long with Sheik's awkward somewhat floaty jump.

I'd probably WD OoS in that case. Anyway I'm just curious, I want to maximize my usage for Nair OoS so *shrugs*

i usually gimp with bair or nair........ nair interupts alot of shenanigins from your opponent.
