Sheik vs Ivysaur?

Hey guys,
I'm about a month or two into competitive smash and my room mate is as well. I main sheik in project M and my room mate plays a lot of ivysaur and charizard. He seems to counter me really well with all the options ivysaur has for countering my approaches and the huge wingspan of charizard. Any counter tips for playing vs these two matchups?

Charge needles and shoot off more than one whenever ivysaur razor leafs you, and never be over charizard. Be tricky with downthrow and backthrow mixups and for ledgeguarding jump off, needle turnaround, and back air
