Just wondering if anyone has good strategies when going up against a Sheik, mostly with neutral and approaches (specific ones, I already know basic short hop aerial approaches)?

Use lasers to approach. Very important. Learn how to move the maximum distance while shorthop lasering.

Use lasers to approach and work on shine grabbing on shield. For the neutral game work on weaving in and out with lasers. Short hop turn around laser can be very good when running away.
