Hello,I was wondering if there is any reason why sometimes Sheik goes super fast and lag on the ground or does more like in Melee,a small kick.

I guess I know what you are talking about... So the super fast thing is the normal way the move works. When you jump and execute Dair - I'd call that normal cicumstances - you'll rush down.
However, if you got hit by an attack, that gives you upward momentum, and execute the Dair while still with the momentum (as in you're still going up) you'll stick on place or just go down slowly. I hope I understood this correctly and this answered your question...
