Greetings my fellow ninjas, I have taken the time to test out our ninja's best and most unique AT on each and every single throw in the game and I decided to make a list on them and the percentages they stop working on. These are useful to escape strings and also can create some 50/50 situations in some certain cases.
A few things to note are:
-These percentages are INDEED affected by rage. These percents were all tested without rage.
-If you happen to not see a character in this list, then that just pretty much means that you can't SS cancel out of any of that certain character's throws. Same thing applies to certain throws of certain characters that happen to be listed.
-Just because you can SS cancel, doesn't necessarily mean it's the best option. (For example. Greninja in low percents can get out of Rosalina's Uthrow and avoid the Utilt follow up, but due to the end lag of SS, if the rosalina player reacts quick enough after whiffing the Utilt, rosalina can get the regrab.)
-SS canceling out of some of these throws allow you to punish your opponent if you do it fast enough (in some cases, the opponent can also Perfect shield if he is fast enough. Ex. Dk's Dthrow.)
-Miis were tested out in their default weight and size.
-Greninja cannot SS cancel out of any throws of Shulk's smash monado.
