Pokkén Tournament Shadow Mewtwo Blockstring Infinite Discovered

Surprised there wasn't a thread for this yet, but a newly discovered infinite string lock was discovered for Shadow Mewtwo that basically locks your opponent into shield by using Light Pilar + Miracle Eye. From this, S-Mewtwo can easily time out the clock until both players have 1 HP left, in which S-Mewtwo would win as it has the lowest HP in the game (as the game makes the player with the highest HP/Their overall HP win). Here is a video demonstrating it in action.

What does this mean for the meta? Do we need to start thinking in possible bans of the infinite being performed in tournaments?

As far as banning it goes, I'm fairly certain most TO's already disqualify anyone that perform this in tournament.
