Setting Item Spawn Locations

I just remembered about a Brawl thread a while back where some dudes modded Brawl FD to have items spawn at a set location.

Does anyone know how to do that and do you think we could fix spawn locations on every P:M stage to make item play a sort-of legit thing?

You can use Brawl Wall to easily change items spawns, player spawns, respawn locations, blast zones, cameras, etc.
