Servine registers for batt- I mean, discussion!

So I'm servine, and I'm not a very big competitive player. I do really love the Smash series, and I've been playing ever since I first got Melee.
In general, my favorite characters to play as are Ness and Lucas, and occasionally Kirby and ROB.
I felt like this would be a great place to discuss the Smash series, and maybe get into competitive battling once Smash 4 comes out, so that's why I joined.
Anyway, that's pretty much the extent of me and my history with Smash bros.
